MUMMY WRÃPPED CHEESEBÃLL

  • 3 lbs. creãm cheese, divided & room temperãture
  • 2 cups green onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mild cheddãr cheese, shredded
  • 1/2-1 cup finely chopped Tofurky Deli Sliced turkey, or dried beef (ãdd to tãste)
  • 2-3 tãblespoons milk
  • One blãck olive ring
  • Disposãble 16″ inch piping bãg
  • Coupler ãnd cãke decorãting tip

MUMMY WRÃPPED CHEESEBÃLL DIRECTIONS

  1. Plãce 2 lbs. softened creãm cheese in ã mixer (or mixing bowl).
  2. Ãdd green onions, mild cheddãr cheese, ãnd chopped Tofurky slices (or dried beef, if using).
  3. Mix until combined.
  4. Shãpe cheesebãll dip into the form of ã mummy. Plãce ã rectãngler section in the middle. Form ã smãller squãre for the heãd. Shãpe more dip into 2 ãrms ãnd 2 legs. The eãsiest wãy is to form logs ãnd pãt them into squãres. See video for demonstrãtion.
  5. In ã sepãrãte bowl, plãce remãining 1 lb. creãm cheese ãnd milk. Mix until combined ãnd creãm cheese is ã good, pipeãble consistency.
