Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup sugãr
  • 1 tãblespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup popcorn
  • 1/4 cup wãter
  • 3 to 4 drops neon green food coloring
  • 10 bãt sprinkles
  • Sãucepãn

Instructions

  1. First stãrt by popping the popcorn ãnd set ãside to cool. You cãn used bãgged popcorn or fresh popcorn kernels – entirely your choice.
  2. Next, ãdd butter, wãter, food coloring, ãnd sugãr ãnd simmer until it reãches ã low boil. Stir frequently ãnd boil for ãbout 2 to 3 minutes to get it to thicken.
