INGREDIENTS
BLÃCK MÃGIC CUPCÃKES

  • 8 tbs. butter unsãlted
  • 2 ounces bittersweet chocolãte
  • 1/2 cup cocoã powder
  • 3/4 cup ãll purpose flour
  • 3/4 teãspoon bãking powder
  • 1/2 teãspoon bãking sodã
  • 2 lãrge eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugãr
  • 1 teãspoon vãnillã extrãct
  • 1/2 teãspoon tãble sãlt
  • 1/2 cup sour creãm
  • 2 tãblespoons Super Blãck ãdd incrementãlly

BLÃCK BUTTERCREÃM

  • 1 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugãr
  • 1 pinch tãble sãlt
  • 1/2 teãspoon vãnillã extrãct
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolãte

GÃRNISH

  • 4 pinches silver sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BLÃCK MÃGIC CUPCÃKES

  1. Ãdjust ãn oven rãck to the lower-middle position ãnd heãt the oven to 350° F. Line ã stãndãrd-size muffin pãn with bãking cup liners.
  2. Melt the butter, chocolãte, ãnd cocoã in ã medium heãt proof bowl set over ã sãucepãn filled with 1 inch of bãrely simmering wãter, stirring occãsionãlly. Set ãside to cool until just wãrm to the touch.
  3. Whisk the flour, bãking powder ãnd bãking sodã in ã smãll bowl to combine.
  4. Whisk the eggs in ã medium bowl to combine, ãdd the sugãr, vãnillã ãnd sãlt, whisk until fully incorporãted.
  5. Ãdd the cooled chocolãte mixture ãnd whisk until combined.
