The honey sauce is the best mixture of sweet and hot, combined with the rub that's used to taste the pork, you will not need to forget a bite. Pork has a propensity to dry out, however this roasted pork tenderloin will WOW you, not just with taste, with how succulent and tender it is. Seriously, it is melt in your mouth yummy.

INGREDIENTS


  •     1 LB Pork Tenderloin


FOR THE RUB:


  •     1 Tablespoon garlic salt
  •     1 Tablespoon garlic pepper
  •     1 Tablespoon onion powder
  •     1 Teaspoon chili powder
  •     1 Tablespoon fresh minced thyme
  •     1 Tablespoon fresh minced rosemary
  •     2 Tablespoons butter


FOR THE HONEY GARLIC SAUCE:


  •     1/2 cup honey
  •     1/3 cup brown sugar
  •     1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  •     1/2 cup light soy sauce
  •     1/3 cup orange juice
  •     1 Tablespoon cornstarch + 2 Tablespoons water for slurry


INSTRUCTIONS


  1.     Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove any fat from pork. With a fork, puncture the pork in a number of places.
