What You Will Need
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Cup Now Foods Almond Flour
- two Tbsp Kerrygold -Grass fed butter, melted
- 5 Tbsp Lakanto MonkFruit Sweetener - classic
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 32 blueberries, around a 1/2 cup
The Way To Do It
- Mix with butter, Almond flour and 2 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener
- Press mixture into the base of the ice cube tray. I place about 2 tsps of this mix into every segment
- In a medium bowl beat cream cheese then put in greek yogurt, vanilla, lemon juice and 3 tablespoon of Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
- Evenly distribute cream cheese mix on top of crust and smooth tops using a spoonful.
- Top each cheese with two strawberries and add popsicle stick at the facilities around 3/4 of the solution into every cheese cake(optional)
