Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

•     1/2 cup peanut butter
•     1/2 cup butter, softened
•     3/4 cup brown sugar
•     3/4 cup granulated sugar
•     2 eggs
•     1 teaspoon baking soda
•     2 tsp vanilla extract
•     2 1/4 cups bread
•     3.4 ounce package instant pudding mix, cheesecake flavored
•     2-3 cups melting chocolate for dipping

DIRECTIONS:

1.     Beat together the peanut butter, shortening, brown sugarand granulated sugar until creamy.
2.     Add the eggsone at a time, beating between each addition.
3.     Add the vanilla.
