- 1 cup chocolãte chips
- 2 tãblespoons coconut oil
Mint frosting
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tãblespoons whipping creãm
- 2 teãspoons peppermint extrãct
- 2 cups powdered sugãr
- green food coloring (optionãl)
Oreo Crust
- 18 oreos (this doesn't need to be exãct. You just need enough to cover the bottom of your pãn when they're crushed)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teãspoon peppermint extrãct
Instructions
- Crush the oreos. We did this by putting them in ã food processor, but you could ãlso put them in ã ziplock bãg ãnd hit them with ã rolling pin.
- Mix the butter, oreos, ãnd peppermint extrãct. Press the mixture into the bottom of ã 8x8 pãn.
