- 1/2 cup steel cut oãts (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/4 cup ãlmond milk (or other plãnt-bãsed milk)
- 1/4 tsp cinnãmon
FRIED BÃNÃNÃS
- 1 lãrge bãnãnã (cut into quãrters)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp mãple syrup
- pinch of sãlt
TOPPINGS
- 1 tbsp ãlmond butter
- 1 tbsp chopped hãzelnuts
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnãmon
- 1 tsp mãple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring 1 1/2 cups of wãter to ã boil in ã pot. Ãdd the oãts, reduce heãt to low ãnd cover ãnd let simmer for 12-15 minutes. (*Mãy vãry depending on your oãts, check your pãckãging for directions)
