Ingredients


  •     1 Pound of crabmeat.
  •     1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers.
  •     1 teaspoon of yellow mustard.
  •     Two tbsps of lemon juice.
  •     Two tbsps of sliced fresh parsley.
  •     1 teaspoon of old bay seasoning.
  •     1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce


Preparation Approach


  1.     In a mixing bowl, combine together the crabmeat, crushed crackers, old bay seasoning, and parsley.
  2.     In another bowl, mix together the egg, egg, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Then pour on the crabmeat mixture and stir to blend without breaking up the crabmeat lumps.
  3.     Form golfball-sized balls and arrange on a cookie sheet.
