Weight Watcher's Crab Bombs!!!

- 1 Pound of crabmeat.
- 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers.
- 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard.
- Two tbsps of lemon juice.
- Two tbsps of sliced fresh parsley.
- 1 teaspoon of old bay seasoning.
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation Approach
- In a mixing bowl, combine together the crabmeat, crushed crackers, old bay seasoning, and parsley.
- In another bowl, mix together the egg, egg, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Then pour on the crabmeat mixture and stir to blend without breaking up the crabmeat lumps.
- Form golfball-sized balls and arrange on a cookie sheet.
