  •     1/4 cup Roasted Swerve Flavor 


For the filling:


  •     1 and 1/2 cups fresh rasperries
  •     1/4 cup water
  •     1 packet unflavored gelatin (2 and 1/2 teaspoons)
  •     1 cup heavy whipping cream
  •     1/2 cup powdered Swerve sweetener
  •     1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •     additional whipped cream and raspberries for serving


INSTRUCTIONS


  1.     Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2.   Blend almond milk with sweetener, and blend in melted butter till you get a coarse, crumb-like texture.
